If you need to modify or cancel your appointment, kindly reach out to us at least 24 hours beforehand. In such instances, your deposit can be refunded or carried over to a future appointment. Failure to provide 24 hours' notice will result in a forfeiture of your $50 deposit. Additionally, depending on the service and prescribed items, clients may be required to cover up to 50% of the service fee, at the provider's discretion. 

We've set aside dedicated time for your appointment, so please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early. If you're more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule, and the visit will be considered a no-show. Your $50 deposit will be forfeited. Depending on the service and prescribed items, clients may be asked to cover up to 50% of the service fee, at the provider's discretion. Your punctuality is greatly appreciated for the next appointment

Allow for exceptions in case of genuine emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the cancellation or no-show fees might be waived, showing understanding and compassion toward the client's situation.  

Any declined or returned payment associated with an appointment will result in a non-refundable $25 fee
